I had a lovely stay here! The location is perfect for exploring nearby attractions, and the staff were super friendly. My room was spacious and clean with a comfy bed. The breakfast spread was decent too. Just wish the bar stayed open a bit longer in the evenings!

Perfectly clean place with ocean views and professional staff. Fresh breakfast, lots of meals. Quiet and perfect location in Perth CBD district just off perth for the first June long weekend, and the center of city. Also, willing to give a lot of information about the area👌😀👌

We enjoyed visiting the Botanic Garden and checking out the monuments nearby. The staff were some of the friendliest I've met. The bar was nice, and the food was quite decent and well-priced.

That hotel was in a favourable location, in the Perth city centre. We had a generous sized room with a view and everything was excellent.

Everything was lovely, excellent service, perfect location close enough to the RAC Arena and Watertown, RAC arena, Elisabeth Quay and Kings park. The breakfast was lovely and freshly cooked except for the coffee, with lots of good options. The stuff where professional and very efficient, helped with any issues.

Had a nice clean room, but the parking situation was pretty frustrating.

The view from the river facing side is nice, as is the position of the hotel, right on the door step to Kings Park yet at the top of the city and only a few blocks from the shopping mall.Still think this is the best located hotel in Perth for the money.
Sound proofing does not exist in this hotel, if you are use to quiet nights bring your ear plugs. Between the road noise of the very busy highway outside your window to the sound of your upstairs neighbor walking to and flushing their toilet at night.

The efficient service, especially from the front of house staff at reception. All requests, no matter how small, were treated as important. An evident "can do, will do" attitude.
Bar area lacking atmosphere and definite difference in attitude of staff there, when compared to reception.

It was within easy access to the CBD and shops and also Kings Park which was the main reason for our stay - to attend the Anzac Dawn Service.
The carpark gave me a few problems, took me a few goes to get into a bay - very tight squeeze wouldn't recomend trying to park a 4WD or large car down there.

The helpful staff, the quite room with easy walking distance to city shops and ferries, the in room facilities for make your own breakfast and coffee etc. were more than adequate.
The TV channels were limited, the pool and spa were not functioning.

The location was a highlight, with the Bell Tower and Elizabeth Quay just a short walk away, making it easy to explore. The bed was comfortable, which was a relief after long days out enjoying the city's attractions. the air conditioning was centrally controlled, leading to an uncomfortable warmth in the room at times. It was a bit disappointing that some basic cleanliness issues needed attention, such as dirty carpets in high-traffic areas.
